Key Responsibilities Strategic Asset Management & Portfolio Leadership • Lead end-to-end asset management strategy for the companys solar portfolio across multiple locations and utility-scale projects • Own portfolio performance including generation, availability, revenue realization, lifecycle optimization, and asset value enhancement • Develop long-term asset management plans aligned with business growth, investment objectives, and operational excellence goals • Drive asset optimization initiatives to maximize yield and minimize performance losses across the portfolio Asset Performance & Operational Excellence • Oversee technical performance of all operating assets and monitor key KPIs including PR, CUF, plant availability, degradation, energy losses, and reliability metrics • Lead centralized performance engineering, benchmarking, and root cause analysis for underperforming assets

• Identify chronic failures, degradation patterns, and operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions • Ensure continuous improvement programs to improve generation and operational efficiency O&M; Governance & Vendor Management • Provide strategic oversight to O&M; service providers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and site operations teams • Establish vendor governance frameworks, SLA monitoring mechanisms, and performance evaluation systems • Review and approve O&M; strategies, preventive maintenance programs, spares management, and lifecycle maintenance plans • Lead contract negotiations, vendor performance reviews, and dispute resolution activities

Commercial Management & Financial Performance • Drive portfolio profitability through OPEX optimization, cost control initiatives, and lifecycle cost management • Oversee forecasting, scheduling,



energy settlement, revenue assurance, and billing reconciliation activities • Monitor plant financial performance and support business planning, budgeting, and investment decisions • Prepare and present asset performance reviews to senior leadership, lenders, investors, and board stakeholders Compliance, Risk & Governance • Ensure compliance with PPAs, grid codes, regulatory requirements, SLAs, statutory obligations, and safety standards • Lead risk assessments, technical audits, insurance claims, warranty management, and major incident investigations

• Develop governance frameworks for asset lifecycle management and operational risk mitigation • Ensure adherence to industry standards and asset management best practices including ISO 55000 principles Digitalization & Technology Integration • Lead implementation of digital asset management initiatives including SCADA enhancement, analytics platforms, CMMS, predictive maintenance tools, and automation systems • Drive data analytics, digital dashboards, and centralized monitoring frameworks for decision-making • Promote adoption of technology-driven asset optimization practices

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Build and lead high-performing teams across asset management, monitoring, performance engineering, and site operations • Mentor asset managers, engineers,



and operations teams to create a culture of accountability and performance ownership • Collaborate with leadership teams across finance, projects, business development, and regulatory functions • Act as the primary stakeholder interface with lenders, investors, consultants, and external agencies Required Skills & Competencies • Strong expertise in utility-scale solar asset management, O&M; strategy, and portfolio optimization • Deep understanding of solar plant performance engineering and operational KPIs (PR, CUF, degradation, availability, energy losses) • Strong knowledge of PPAs, scheduling, fo

regulations • Proven experience in vendor governance, SLA management, and contract administration • Strong financial acumen with experience in OPEX management and lifecycle cost optimization • Advanced knowledge of SCADA systems, centralized monitoring, CMMS, and analytics platforms • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities • Solid presentation, reporting, and decision-making skills Qualifications • Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering • 1218 years of experience in Solar Asset Management, Utility Operations, IPP O&M; Leadership, or Renewable Asset Performance Management roles Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing utility-scale solar portfolios of 300 MW+ across multiple locations • Exposure to investor report

• Knowledge of ISO 55000 asset management frameworks and lifecycle management practices • MBA / PGDM in Operations, Energy Management, or related field preferred • Experience in digital transformation and analytics-led asset management initiatives preferred
