Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, end-user support, networking, Windows Server administration. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high system availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and file sharing.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network devices.
- Monitor and maintain firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions.
- Support Windows Server administration and perform routine health checks.
- Handle user account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Monitor backups and assist in disaster recovery activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty, AMC, and issue resolution.
- Install, configure,



and support IP phones, CCTV systems, and biometric devices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standard operating procedures.
- Provide remote support to branch offices whenever required.

- Certifications such as CCNA

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to branch locations, if required.
