Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, TotalJobs, Reed, Indeed, job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Perform advanced Boolean searches and headhunt passive candidates.
- Conduct outbound calls and candidate screening interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Recruit primarily for IT roles along with selected Non-IT positions.
- Ensure recruitment SLAs, quality of hire, and turnaround time are met.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required Skills:

- 35 years of experience in UK IT Recruitment (Mandatory).
- Solid expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and Boolean Search.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, TotalJobs, Reed, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Graduation is mandatory.
