We are hiring for a Technical Support Engineer role for our client, a technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers for software products via email, chat, and calls
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues, escalating where necessary
- Log and track customer issues to resolution within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to report and resolve bugs
- Maintain and update support documentation and FAQs
- Monitor system health and proactively flag potential issues
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Basic SQL knowledge for issue diagnosis
- Experience with support ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, JIRA)
- Understanding of APIs and basic web technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with solid patience under pressure
