Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Utility works across assigned projects.
- Plan, organize, and monitor MEP execution in line with the overall project schedule.
- Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, civil teams, and MEP consultants to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of MEP materials and equipment.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved standards.
- Review and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure execution of MEP works within approved budgets and optimize project costs through value engineering.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and variation claims before certification.
- Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate inspections with government authorities, consultants, and utility agencies for approvals and clearances.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and successful handover of all MEP systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues, RFIs, and site coordination challenges.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and present project status reports, MIS, and dashboards to senior management.
- Support planning and implementation of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor, guide, and develop MEP engineers and site teams to improve technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, Planning, QA/QC, Safety, Finance, CRM, and other internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely closure of snag lists and defect rectification before project handover.
- Manage client and consultant interactions related to MEP execution and technical matters.
- Ensure complete documentation, as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and handover records are maintained.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management in line with organizational objectives.

- 1520 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction.
