Job description:
- Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with UK customers and field engineers.
- Minimum 6 months international BPO experience is mandatory.
- Candidate should have valuable customer handling skills.
- Handle customers and field engeneers inquiries via voice calls and ensuring seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
- Comfortable with Work form Office and Night shifts.
- 5 days working with rotational week off and shifts.
- Both side cabs provided.
- Salary between 3.5 LPA to 3.75 LPA.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
