- Handle end-to-end import documentation and customs formalities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for shipment schedules and dispatch updates.
- Track imported materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth customs clearance.
- Prepare and process import payment documents, including LC/TT and other banking requirements.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of import documents and shipment status..
- Draft qualified emails and communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and logistics partners.
- Perform other import-related tasks assigned by the management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,
Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in import operations.
- Good knowledge of import documentation, customs procedures, and international logistics.
- Experience coordinating with CHAs, freight forwarders, and overseas suppliers.
- Familiarity with import payment documentation and banking processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
