Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to support the sales and survey teams in day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordination, task management, calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, Salesforce updates, and ensuring smooth backend operations for field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with surveyors and sales teams for daily task planning and execution
- Assign and manage survey schedules as per priority and urgency
- Generate leads through calling, data research, and follow-ups
- Connect with clients over calls for lead generation, follow-ups, confirmations, and feedback
- Handle outbound and inbound calling activities professionally
- Maintain and update records on Salesforce/CRM regularly
- Support inter-office coordination and operational activities
- Ensure timely closure of backend tasks and pending assignments
- Maintain proper data records, reports, and documentation




- Assist management in handling operational and administrative requirements
- Prioritize urgent field tasks during daytime and manage schedules efficiently
- Ensure smooth communication between field teams and office operations

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong calling and lead generation abilities
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce/CRM handling
- Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and office operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and task management skills

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Real Estate industry preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of backend operations/support experience preferred

- Organized and responsible professional
- Comfortable with coordination, calling, and client handling
- Ability to manage teams and schedules efficiently
- Positive attitude and ownership towards work
