- Execute end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Non sales positions.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Support in Onboard recent employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Recruitment Data and MIS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Master degree in Human Resources (MBA) experience in 2 to 4 years in HR role, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
