Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer who can independently lead Android application development end-to-end, manage project execution, and guide a small team. The candidate should have robust hands-on Android experience and working knowledge of backend systems.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead Android app development from requirements to release.
- Own architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and coordinate with product, backend, QA, and operations teams.
- Integrate APIs, SDKs, databases, and backend services.
- Debug production issues and improve app performance, stability, and security.




- Contribute to API/backend design wherever required.

Required Skills

- Strong Android development experience using Kotlin/Java.
- Good knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack, MVVM/MVP, REST APIs, and local databases.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, app release process, and debugging tools.
- Working knowledge of backend technologies, databases, API design, and server-side workflows.
- Ability to lead projects and teams end-to-end.

Preferred Skills

- Startup experience.
- Experience in IoT, healthtech, medical devices, diagnostics, or regulated software products.
- Offline-first app development and data synchronization experience.
- Tier-1 college background preferred.
