About the Role

Join a fast-growing FMCG manufacturing organization and play a key role in driving financial performance, commercial decision-making, and operational excellence. Depending on experience, you will lead or support the finance function across manufacturing, sales channels, compliance, budgeting, and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory valuation & standard costing
- Working capital, cash flow, receivables & payables management
- Commercial finance for General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT) & E-Commerce
- Product, channel & regional profitability analysis
- GST, Income Tax, statutory compliance & audit coordination
- ERP-based financial controls, automation & process improvements
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain & Manufacturing teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Required Experience

Finance Controller





- CA with 10-15 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods Manufacturing
- Strong expertise in manufacturing costing, commercial finance, budgeting, compliance, and business partnering
- Experience leading finance teams and driving strategic initiatives

Assistant Finance Controller

- CA with 5-10 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods Manufacturing
- Robust exposure to financial reporting, costing, compliance, MIS, budgeting, and commercial finance
- Experience supporting finance operations in a manufacturing environment
