Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong Telecom background to lead the end-to-end delivery of telecom applications and managed services. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale telecom projects using Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITIL best practices, and AI-driven delivery initiatives. The role requires solid stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom applications and managed services.
- Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Drive Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban, ensuring effective sprint planning, release management, and delivery governance.
- Identify and implement AI and Generative AI opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, automation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management.




- Monitor and achieve SLA, KPI, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Lead delivery reviews, governance meetings, and executive status reporting.
- Mentor delivery teams and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
