- Source and attract top talent for various roles within the BFSI industry through bulk hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, non-IT recruitment, sales hiring, talent acquisition, and volume hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding current employees ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that meet client needs.
- Analyze metrics to measure performance against targets and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in BPO hiring or similar field (BFSI recruitment).
- Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
- Proven track record of successful bulk hiring campaigns with high accuracy rates.
