: Implement, configure and govern the HRMS across the organization, ensuring data integrity and system adoption.
Build and maintain HR analytics and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
Plan and execute group-wide employee engagement activities and calendar.
Manage the L&D; calendar, budget and delivery across the group.
Build and manage the organization's employer brand across relevant channels
Manage employee relations — handle grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns fairly and confidentially across the group.
Own issuance of employee documentation across the employee lifecycle
Execute the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle group-wide.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent PG diploma)
from a recognized institute.
Additional certification in HR Analytics, HRIS/HRMS platforms, or L&D; (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HR Analytics certifications from reputed bodies).
Hands-on HRMS platform experience is close to mandatory — not just as an end-user, but with configuration/implementation/admin exposure (HONO, Darwinbox, Workday, Keka, PeopleStrong, Zoho People, etc., depending on your organization's ecosystem).
Working knowledge of Excel (advanced) is a baseline; Power BI/Tableau exposure is a differentiator, not mandatory.
