About the Role

We're hiring fresh graduates to join our HR team as HR Executives, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an entry-level role with full training provided — no prior industry experience required.

What you'll do

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Communicate with candidates across various stages of the hiring process (outreach, follow-ups, documentation)
- Support onboarding activities for recent hires (documentation, verification coordination, induction)
- Maintain and update candidate/employee records in the ATS/HRMS
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks (attendance, employee queries, basic compliance documentation)
- Support senior HR team members in policy communication and employee engagement activities

What we're looking for





- A valid degree certificate — mandatory, no exceptions (BBA/B.Com/BA/MBA or equivalent)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — this role involves regular candidate/employee interaction
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, email)
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic approach to candidate/employee interactions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks/deadlines
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools, ATS systems, and HR processes on the job

Good to have (not mandatory for freshers)

- MBA/PGDM specialization in HR
- Internship experience in HR/recruitment (even short-term or academic)
- Basic knowledge of labour law fundamentals (POSH, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.)
