Job Title: HR Recruiter IT recruitment & C2H (Contract to Hire)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in handling bulk hiring and walk-in/recruitment drives is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future requirements.
- Organize and coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment events.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality.

Required Skills





- Experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in conducting or coordinating hiring drives is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

*12 years of experience in IT recruitment (C2H preferred).
