- Lead end-to-end HR operations, payroll, HRMS, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

- Drive recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development, and performance management.

- Handle Industrial Relations (IR), labor law compliance, liaison with government authorities, and employee grievance management.

- Lead EHS initiatives, safety compliance, audits, and foster a solid safety culture.

- Oversee plant administration including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and guest house operations.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, HR budgeting, HR analytics, organizational development, and succession planning.

- Lead and mentor the HR, Administration, and EHS team.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1015 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years leading HR & Administration in a manufacturing plant.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR, payroll, HRMS, statutory compliance, and plant administration.

- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team-building skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
