Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.

- Coordinate learning & development programs and succession planning.

- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and HRMS records.

- Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, and recommend process improvements.

- Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning.

- Foster a positive work culture and drive organizational development initiatives.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- 48 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

- Robust understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

- Experience with HRMS, payroll coordination, and performance management systems.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a problem-solving mindset.

- Proficient in MS Office and HR analytics/reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
