We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and manage human resources operations for our new Noida/Greater Noida branch. Reporting directly to the Korean Branch Head, you will be responsible for building the HR function from the ground up, managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This is a key leadership position with significant autonomy to shape the company culture and HR practices for a greenfield operation in North India.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and selection

- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, orientation, and documentation processes for new hires

- Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data maintenance

- Ensure statutory compliance with PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), Professional Tax, Labour Laws, and applicable regulations

- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, procedures, employee guidelines, and work rules

- Maintain employee relations, address workplace concerns, grievances, and conflicts professionally

- Support performance management processes, employee appraisals, feedback sessions, and development initiatives

- Prepare HR reports, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and workforce analytics

- Maintain accurate and secure HR documentation, employee records, and personnel files

- Coordinate with Korean management for manpower planning, organizational requirements, and staffing needs

- Support employee engagement activities, team building initiatives, and workplace culture development

- Handle HR coordination between Korean management and Indian employees to ensure effective communication

- Support employee development programs, training initiatives, and skill enhancement activities

- Manage employee benefits administration and communication

- Conduct exit interviews and manage separation/resignation processes

- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with applicable health and safety regulations

- Coordinate with external agencies including PF authorities, ESI,



and tax departments

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Professional certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD preferred; or equivalent HR qualification

- Knowledge of Indian labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements

Experience

- 5 years of total HR experience in Human Resources or People Management roles

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Korean company or multinational organization (preferred)

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance

- Background in employee relations and conflict resolution

- Experience managing HR operations from recruitment to separation

Preferred Experience

- Experience setting up HR functions for new facilities or branch operations

- Exposure to Korean business practices and management culture

- Experience with manufacturing or construction industry HR

- Previous experience coordinating with Korean management

- Background in performance management and employee development

- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or HR software

- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements

- Experience in employee engagement and organizational development

Technical Skills

- HR Operations: End-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee data management

- Payroll & Compliance: Payroll processing, PF/ESI management, Professional Tax, TDS, statutory filings

- Statutory Knowledge: Labour Law compliance, Factory Act, Shop & Establishment Act, ESI/PF regulations

- Performance Management: Appraisal systems, performance tracking, feedback mechanisms, development planning

- Recruitment: Job analysis, job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, selection

- Employee Relations:



Conflict resolution, grievance handling, employee engagement, morale management

- Documentation: HR policies, employee handbook, contracts, records management, confidentiality

- HR Software: HRIS, HR management systems, payroll software (SAP, ADP, or equivalent)

- Advanced Excel: Data analysis, MIS reporting, dashboard creation, pivot tables, forecasting

- MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook for professional communication and documentation
