We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Recruitment Team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in job posting and employer branding activities.
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Eligibility
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, or any graduate/postgraduate student.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
