Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Conduct cold calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities.
Share job details and assess candidates' interest and availability.
Maintain a database of sourced candidates and update recruitment records.
Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate responses.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and candidate interaction.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
