Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. You will work closely with managers and employees to create a positive workplace experience while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Handle employee documentation, confirmations, exits, and offboarding processes.
- Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



HR processes, and applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate with external vendors for background verification and other HR-related services.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions, one-on-one discussions, and performance review coordination.
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HR reports with accuracy.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations and day-to-day HR requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR documentation is preferred.
