Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our precast manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have experience handling recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and workforce engagement in a manufacturing or construction environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, project, engineering, and corporate positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads to meet production and project requirements.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, attendance, leave management, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime records, statutory deductions, and employee advantages.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act requirements, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other statutory regulations.




- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate skill development and safety training for plant employees in collaboration with the EHS team.
- Monitor contract labour deployment, contractor compliance, and statutory documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, manpower reports, attrition analysis, and recruitment status reports.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational initiatives.
- Support audits related to HR, ISO, customer compliance, and statutory inspections.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
- Partner with plant managers and project teams to improve productivity and employee relations.
