Job Summary

Giraffe Enterprise & Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day human resource activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Post job openings on recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain recruitment records.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee data.
- Handle employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.




- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review processes.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
