The Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will play an active role in sourcing top talent, strengthening our employer brand, and shaping our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and skilled networks.
- Write and post highly engaging job advertisements to attract diverse talent pools.
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments.
- Coordinate onboarding to deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
