We are looking for a highly disciplined HR Operations Executive who can maintain operational accountability, employee discipline, workplace professionalism, and performance adherence across teams. This is not a basic coordination or recruitment-only role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, enforce standards consistently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding Monitor attendance, punctuality, break adherence, and employee discipline Track employee performance, reporting adherence, and operational compliance Ensure workplace decorum, professionalism, and policy enforcement across teams Coordinate with managers regarding performance concerns, escalations, and corrective actions Maintain HR records, trackers, documentation, and operational reporting Identify operational gaps proactively and escalate issues without delay Support employee engagement while maintaining accountability standards Requirements: 3-5 years experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist,
