The Human Resource Consultant is on Project /contract basis for 6 months- 1 year. This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include managing employee relations, advising on performance management processes, defining KRA and KPI. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws which improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong HR Policies knowledge, with experience implementing and improving HR processes.

Candidates should possess expertise in Performance Management, including KRA and KPI setting, feedback frameworks, and appraisal systems.

Relevant skills such as stakeholder management, change management, and organizational hierarchy development are required

Postgraduate HR qualification or qualified certification is mandatory preferably from an XLRI or XISS .

Prior experience of 8 years as an HR Business Partner in manufacturing or industrial settings is mandatory. Only consultants are welcome. Only Candidates based in Ranchi, Jharkhand are eligible.
