Role & responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day coordination to the CHRO.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CHRO.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects.
- Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Advantages, HR Operations, Employee Relations, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Prepare project status updates and highlight potential risks or delays.
- Attend leadership and HR review meetings.
- Prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear action items, owners, and timelines.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
- Maintain an action tracker and regularly update the CHRO on progress and pending items.




- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving HR and business teams.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up across stakeholders.

Experience Required

- 2-6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience supporting senior HR leadership, HR Business Partners, or HR project management will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
