We are looking for an enthusiastic HRBP Intern who is eager to learn various Human Resources functions. The intern will work closely with the HR Business Partner team and gain hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR operations, employee engagement, and business support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and processes.
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and employee data management.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help in preparing HR reports and MIS using Excel.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling when required.
- Support employee feedback and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR documents are updated and maintained accurately.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM (HR) or final-year MBA HR students.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and business partnering.
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
