Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support operations across multiple Flipkart stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR operations for approximately 5 assigned stores.
- Monitor and manage the attendance of warehouse associates, including Pickers, Packers, and ASMs.
- Drive employee onboarding and induction.
- Manage employee exit formalities and offboarding.
- Track and control attrition and support retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with store managers to resolve employee-related issues.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and maintain employee records.
- Prepare daily/weekly HR reports and MIS.
- Support recruitment and manpower planning as required.
Eligibility:
- Graduate and post graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in HR Operations/HRBP/Employee Relations is preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage.
