Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team with resume screening and candidate communication.
- Assist with AI & HR innovation.
- Research and evaluate AI tools that can improve HR operations.
- Build and optimize AI prompts for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Assist in automating repetitive HR workflows using AI and no-code automation tools.
