Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented HTML Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development expertise and the ability to transform UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages. You will work closely with UI/UX designers and the development team to create quick, visually appealing, and user-friendly web interfaces while following modern web standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML pages.
- Develop responsive and mobile-first websites using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5+, and up-to-date JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build interactive user interfaces using jQuery and AJAX.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for performance and speed.
- Implement CSS animations, transitions, hover effects, and interactive UI components.
- Optimize images and web assets for faster loading without compromising quality.
- Follow UI/UX design principles to deliver visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
- Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable front-end code.




- Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality projects within deadlines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues efficiently.
- Ensure websites follow SEO-friendly front-end development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an HTML Developer, Web Designer, or UI Developer.
- Strong proficiency in:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Bootstrap 5+
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- jQuery
- AJAX
- Excellent understanding of Responsive Web Design and Mobile-First Development.
- Strong knowledge of CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid.
- Hands-on experience converting Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into responsive HTML.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, or similar UI design tools.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with image editing, background removal, resizing, compression, optimization, and web asset preparation.
- Knowledge of CSS animations, transitions, and modern interactive UI techniques.
- Familiarity with browser compatibility, front-end performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
