Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily hub/warehouse operations, including inward, outward, cross-docking, consolidation and inventory movement.

- Ensure on-time and accurate last-mile deliveries with zero product mismatch.

- Plan and manage hub manpower, including pickers, loaders and other operational staff.

- Monitor vehicle attendance, movement and delivery status in real time.

- Handle RTO and RVP shipments as per defined SOPs.

- Manage daily cash collection, cash deposits, cash handover and acknowledgement.

- Perform daily cash, POS and system reconciliation before hub closure.

- Manage petty cash and daily expense entries in ERP systems.

- Handle lost shipment recovery and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

- Conduct daily stock audits and inventory checks at the hub.

- Manage warehouse hygiene, facility maintenance and operational compliance.





- Conduct fixed asset audits and maintain proper asset records.

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

- Prepare and share daily/periodic operational and financial reports with Finance and other stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and hub-related expenses.

- Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Central Teams and other support functions.

- Handle statutory/compliance requirements related to hub operations.

- Coordinate facility-related requirements such as electricity, water, maintenance and other utilities.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, compliance and operational standards.
