As we expand our consulting capabilities, we’re looking for a Zoho People Consultant who will work with our Technical, Functional, and Sales Teams to deliver value-driven solutions to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and customize Zoho People based on client requirements.
- Manage modules such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Performance, and HR Automation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective HR solutions.
- Create workflows, forms, approvals, and reports within Zoho People.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HRMS applications like Zoho People, Workday, Keka, Darwinbox, etc.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with workflow automation, forms, reports, and customizations.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Zoho People will be an added advantage.
