We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR - Training Development Officer to support our growing Baked Cakes Pastries division The role focuses on building employee capability ensuring consistent product quality and maintaining high standards across production and retail operations Responsibilities Identify training needs across production operations sales and retail teams Develop and deliver training programs for baking processes product handling hygiene customer service and SOP compliance Conduct onboarding and induction training for recent employees Organize skill-based training for bakers decorators packing staff and outlet teams Maintain and update training manuals SOPs and documentation Monitor training progress and evaluate training effectiveness Coordinate with department heads to implement continuous improvement and development plans Ensure teams follow food safety and FSSAI standards Support HR in performance reviews employee development plans and engagement activities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
