Job Summary

About the Role: We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented HR Team Leader to manage day-to-day People Operations at our Bharatpur office. In this role, you will lead core HR functions, ensuring smooth Payroll Management, executing Employee Retention strategies, conducting HR Data Analysis, and driving talent growth through structured Training and Development programs. If you have 2-3 years of core HR Generalist experience, possess strong leadership qualities, and want to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day HR Operations: Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, daily attendance tracking, conflict resolution, performance tracking, and offboarding.

- Payroll Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance reconciliation, leave management, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC).

- Employee Retention Engagement: Analyze attrition trends and design high-impact engagement strategies to maintain a positive, high-retention workplace culture.





- HR Data Trend Analysis: Evaluate workforce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable data-driven insights to management.

- Training Development: Identify organizational skill gaps, create training frameworks, and independently conduct development programs to upskill teams.

Requirements Qualifications

- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Senior Executive, or HR Operations Specialist.

- Education: MBA in Human Resources, PGDM, or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (for data analysis) and experience working with HRIS or payroll management software.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills necessary to conduct impactful training sessions.

- Location: Must be based in or willing to work full-time out of our office in Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
