The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR processes. Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency is preferred.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate hiring.

- Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS.

- Manage attendance, leave, probation, and exit processes.

- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee advantages.

- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

- Handle employee queries and grievance resolution.

- Prepare HR reports,



recruitment dashboards, and MIS.

- Coordinate administrative and HR operational activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.

- Experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
