Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for technical and non-technical positions, especially in embedded systems and related domains. The HR Recruiter will draft job postings, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining recruitment records,



collaborating with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Experience coordinating with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as job boards, qualified networks, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
- Understanding of basic HR practices, employment standards, and company policies related to recruitment.
- Previous experience recruiting for technology or engineering roles, preferably in embedded systems, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Hyderabad.
