Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented MBA (HR) freshers to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and a willingness to learn end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in Human Resources (Freshers Only).
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
