Job Summary:We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to support our hiring and recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with departments, and maintaining recruitment records.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Educational QualificationGraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Preferred Internship or prior exposure to recruitment activities will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
