We're looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. If you're passionate about identifying talent, building strong teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions. You will work closely with the Senior HR team to attract, screen, and hire candidates for our corporate office, retail stores, warehouses, exhibitions, and other operational roles.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Colaba, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Hire for a wide range of positions across corporate, retail, warehouse, exhibitions, logistics, and support functions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





Coordinate offer rollouts and assist with joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Partner with the Senior HR team to understand workforce requirements and recruitment strategies.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms.

Good organisational and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Experience recruiting for retail, warehouse, or operational roles will be an added advantage.
