Experience Required: Four to six Years in any medical college or any big hospital or with any healthcare consultancy with good experience in doctors recruitments, joining, sourcing etc. Should have capable to prepare reports in MS Office and good presentation skills in Power Point.

.Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing doctors and other staff through job portals and references.
- Discussing with them properly
- Interview scheduling
- Salary negotiation
- Offer letter issuing
- Joining formalities
- HRMS software updation
- Other HR related task
- Prepare daily reports
- Power Point presentations
- NMC related knowledge will preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in Medical College or in hospital.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle work and communicate well.




- Follow up with leads and conversion skills.
- Knowledge of digital/social media and job portal handling.
- Target-oriented approach with good planning and reporting ability.

Qualifications:

- MBA in HR. with experience around 10 years in doctors recruitment
