? Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹30,000
?️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday ? Job Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment process
Sourcing and screening candidates through different job portals
Conducting initial HR interviews and shortlisting profiles
Managing around 100 calls daily
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Ensuring smooth onboarding and candidate engagement
Achieving monthly joining targets of 7–8 candidates ? Skills Required:
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
