The HR Manager will oversee the HR department and play a key role in recruiting, training, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position requires a dynamic individual who can align HR strategies with business goals and enhance the company's culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.

1. Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.

1. Performance Management:

- Establish and oversee the performance review process.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in performance-related issues.

1. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Promote continuous learning and career advancement opportunities.

1. Compliance and Policy Management:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.




- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

1. Compensation and Advantages:

- Administer payroll and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

1. HR Metrics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports on employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and other key HR metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
