Responsibilities:Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals. Screen and shortlist candidates through phone calls. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates until they join. Maintain recruitment tracker and daily hiring reports.

Hire Admissions

Counsellors, Telecallers, Digital Marketing, Operations and Faculty positions. Requirements:1–3 years of recruitment experience. Good communication skills in English (Kannada/Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage).

Experience in sales, BPO or education recruitment is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals. Immediate joiners preferred.
