Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Handle offer rollout and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
