JOB TITLE: HR Recruiter Intern (Work From Home)

IMPORTANT MANDATORY RULES — READ BEFORE APPLYING

- WHO CAN APPLY: Only Freshers, HR Graduates, or Homemakers/Individuals returning from a career break wanting to start an HR career.
- STIPEND & COMPENSATION: This is a 2-Month Full-Time Trainee Evaluation Program with complete practical training. A regular monthly stipend and permanent team selection are offered ONLY after you successfully complete these 2 months and meet baseline targets.
- WORK TIMINGS: Fixed shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Your weekly holiday will be on a weekday, NOT on Sunday.
- EQUIPMENT NEEDED: You must own a working laptop and a fast, reliable home internet connection. A Verified LinkedIn Account is mandatory.
- VERIFICATION & SETUP: Selected candidates must complete a standard identity document check (KYC) during onboarding and set up an independent corporate domain email ID.
- LOCATION: 100% Remote / Work From Home (Based out of Pune).

Your Daily Work (Key Tasks)

- Finding Profiles:



Search for candidate resumes across job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screening: Review applications to check if they match the required qualifications and skills.
- Calling Candidates: Conduct quick phone interviews to check their communication skills and availability.
- Tracking Data: Keep easy hiring trackers and Google Sheets updated daily.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview slots between candidates and our internal managers.

Simple Requirements
- A laptop that runs smoothly and a stable internet connection with power backup.
- Good spoken and written English skills to make daily phone calls.
- High self-discipline to work productively from home without distraction.
- A degree or ongoing education in HR, Business (BBA/MBA), or related fields.
- Ability to learn quickly and comfortably read through job descriptions.
