We are looking for a skilled and driven HR Recruiter with 1 years of experience to join our energetic recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting for both IT and Non-IT profiles . Additionally if the candidate having onbarding experince is a plus

Key Skills

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT and Non-IT roles across multiple levels.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Utilize Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with relevant candidate information.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and statistics for internal use .
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality while handling candidate and organizational information.
