ob Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal referrals.

- Screening: Review resumes and lead initial phone or video interviews.

- Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and track progress in the applicant tracking system.

- Closing: Manage job offers, negotiate pay rates, and oversee basic onboarding steps.

Requirements and Skills

- Experience: Fresher or 6 months working in human resources or talent acquisition.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Communication: Strong verbal and writing skills to talk with applicants and team leads.

- Organization: Ability to handle many open jobs at the same time and keep clean records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
