What You'll Do

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

We're Looking For

- Female graduates (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs).
- Freshers with good English & Telugu communication skills.
- Confident, energetic, and willing to build a career in HR.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Perks





- 13,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives
- 15,000/month + Incentives (for candidates with HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition internship experience)
- Performance review after 2 months.
